Luther M. Koon 
Luther M. was born on July 14th, 1859 in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida.1 Luther M.'s father was Absalom Koon and his mother was Lavinia A. Taylor. His maternal grandparents were William Taylor and Elizabeth Dominick. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William John, James H., Wiley Harrison, George W., Permillia, Mary Alice and Frances Melissa. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 66 on September 17th, 1925 in Ft White, Florida.1 -
