Tacy Anne was born on May 6th, 1821 in Abington, , PA.1 Tacy Anne's father was John Kirk and her mother was Tabitha Lukens. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Kirk and Elizabeth Cleaver. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Elias, Seneca Lukens, Jacob L., Alfred, Elizabeth L., Sarah L., Emaline and Priscilla. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 93 on April 13th, 1915 in Horsham, , PA.1 General Notes
