Joe Cecil Epting 
Joe Cecil was born on September 28th, 1912.1 Joe Cecil's father was James Robert Epting and his mother was Corrie Ella Metts. His paternal grandparents were David Edward Epting and Emma C. Long; his maternal grandparents were George A. Metts and Edith A. Boland. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Maxcy Warren, Eugene Lee, George Virgil, Willie Hack, James Lester, Carroll Floyd, Edna Irene, Eva Mae, Marie, Mary Edith, Alma Helen and Ruby Inez. He was the third youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 74 in 1986.1 -
