Jacob Early Boland 
Jacob Early was born on December 28th, 1877.1 Jacob Early's father was Daniel Calhoun Boland and his mother was Christina Catherine Caroline Metts. His paternal grandparents were Ozro Boland and Anna Levena Koon; his maternal grandparents were George Metts and Elizabeth Sease. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Marion Quincy, Irvin B., Dewitt Charles, Erie Angie, Carrie Floyd, Mary Alma, Essie Owens, Emma, Eula and Eunice Mae. He had two half-sisters named Lola and Angie. He died due to Diptheria at the age of 1 on September 29th, 1879. He was buried in Boland Cemetery #3, Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 1 -
