Beatrice Mary Victoria was born on April 14th, 1857. Beatrice Mary Victoria's father was Albert Augustus Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and her mother was Victoria Hanover. Her paternal grandfather was Ernest I Saxe-Coburg; her maternal grandparents were Edward Augustus Hanover and Victoria Mary Louisa von Saxe-Coburg. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Edward VII, Alfred Ernest Albert, Arthur William Patrick, Leopold George Duncan Albert, Victoria Adelaide Mary, Alice Maud Mary, Helena Augusta Victoria and Louise Caroline Alberta. She was the youngest of the nine children.-
