Joshua Stanley 
Joshua was born on July 15th, 1774 in Virginia. Joshua's father was John Stanley and his mother was Millicent Stanley. His paternal grandparents were Maddox Stanley and Huldah Magahe; his maternal grandparents were John Stanley and Alice Ballard. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Jonathan, Thomas, Abraham, Martha, Frances, Edith, Huldah and Nancy. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 56 in May 1831 in Ohio.General Notes
Joshua and Rachel Stanley and their children, Jordan, Maria, Matilda, Overton and Frederick, moved to Salem, Ohio, 10/13/1810.
