Edith Stanley 
Edith was born on December 2nd, 1769 in Hanover Co., Virginia. Edith's father was John Stanley and her mother was Millicent Stanley. Her paternal grandparents were Maddox Stanley and Huldah Magahe; her maternal grandparents were John Stanley and Alice Ballard. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Joshua, Jonathan, Thomas, Abraham, Martha, Frances, Huldah and Nancy. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 61 on June 8th, 1831 in Hanover Co., Virginia.-
