James Stanley 
James was born on March 10th, 1787 in Hanover Co., Virginia.1 James' father was Thomas Stanley and his mother was Unity Crew. His paternal grandparents were John Stanley and Martha Hutchins; his maternal grandparents were James Crew and Judith Harris. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Moses, John, Joseph, Benjamin Thomas, Thomas Crew, Temperance, Judith, Abigail and Unity. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 33 on May 11th, 1820 in Columbiana Co., Ohio.-
