Cornelia Mutter Rainey 
Cornelia Mutter was born in 1822. Cornelia Mutter's father was Thomas Rainey and her mother was Mary Claiborne Echols. Her paternal grandparents were James Rainey and Nancy Samuels; her maternal grandparents were Obediah Echols and Lucy Atkinson Jackson. She had six brothers and a sister, named James Obediah, Claudius H., Thomas Claiborne, Josiah Lawson, Samuel Brame, Leonidas Echols and Anne Janette. She was the oldest of the eight children.
