Allen Bowie Pendleton 
Allen Bowie was born in 1815. Allen Bowie's father was John Lewis Pendleton and his mother was Eliza Bankhead Magruder. His paternal grandparents were John Pendleton and Anne Lewis; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Magruder and Elizabeth Bankhead. He had seven brothers and a sister, named William Armisead, Julien, Thomas Magruder, Eugene Beauharnais, George, Henry, John Lewis and Eliza. He died at the age of 85 in 1900 in unmarried.-
