William Overton Payne 
William Overton was born on May 31st, 1796. William Overton's father was Tarleton Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Winston. His paternal grandparents were Josias Payne and Elizabeth Fleming; his maternal grandparents were John Winston and Alice Bickerton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Winston, Tarleton Fleming, William, Thomas, Ann Overton, Elizabeth Fleming, Alice Bickerton and Barbara W.. He died at the age of 71 on January 18th, 1868 in Goochland, VA.-
