Sally Payne 
Sally was born on September 16th, 1759.1 Sally's father was Josias Payne and her mother was Elizabeth Fleming. Her paternal grandparents were Josias Payne and Anna Fleming; her maternal grandparents were Tarleton Fleming and Hannah Bates. She had five brothers and a sister, named Tarleton, Josias, William, Fleming, Charles Fleming and Elizabeth Chichester. She was the second oldest of the seven children.-
