Benjamin Mosby 
Benjamin was born in 1755 in Henrico Co., VA. Benjamin's father was John Mosby and his mother was Lucy Allen. His paternal grandparents were John Mosby and Martha Womack; his maternal grandparents were James Allen and Lucy Hobson. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, William, Hezekiah, Samuel, Susanna, Elizabeth, Mary, Lucy, Ann and Martha. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 16 in 1771.-
