(son) was born on December 26th, 1784. (son)'s father was Zachariah Greenhill Leigh and his mother was Priscilla Allen Townes. His paternal grandparents were John Leigh and Elizabeth Greenhill; his maternal grandparents were John Townes and Martha Allen. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John Townes, William, Richard Henry, Martha Allen, Elizabeth, Elizabeth Greenhill and Catherine. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at just 6 days old on January 1st, 1785.-
