Columbus Lawson 
Columbus was born on August 11th, 1789 in Lexington, Kentucky. Columbus' father was Robert Lawson and his mother was Sarah Meriwether Pierce. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Lawson and Elizabeth Claiborne; his maternal grandparents were John Pierce and Sarah ?. He had a brother and three sisters, named John Pierce, Sarah Merriwether, America and Arria. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 26 in 1815 in New Orleans, Louisiana from cannon ball in battle.-
