Robert Lawson 
Robert was born in Prince George Co., Virginia. Robert's father was Benjamin Lawson and his mother was Elizabeth Claiborne. His maternal grandparents were William Claiborne and Elizabeth Whitehead. He had three brothers and a sister, named Benjamin, Claiborne Whitehead, William and Philadelphia Whitehead. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Jonathan, Philip Whitehead, Samuel Atkinson, Lucy Atkinson, Catherine and Elizabeth. He died in April 1805 in Richmond, Virginia.-
