Jane McKenzie Ladd 
Jane McKenzie was born on October 2nd, 1848. Jane McKenzie's father was Thomas Mifflin Ladd and her mother was Lucy Elizabeth Cowardin. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Ladd and Ann Bell; her maternal grandparents were John Lewis Cowardin and Mary Rhodes White. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Aaron Burr, Thomas Mifflin, John Bell, Robert Anderson, Mary Ann and Lucy Lavalette. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.-
