Richard Morris Fontaine 
Richard Morris was born on August 8th, 1842.1 Richard Morris' father was Edward Fontaine and his mother was Maria Louisa Pollard. His paternal grandparents were William Fontaine and Anne Morris; his maternal grandparents were ? Pollard and E. P. ?. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Edmund, John B., Sarah Louisa and Rose Maury. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 72 on October 15th, 1914. He was buried in "Beaver Dam", Rt. 738, Hanover Co., Virginia.2 1 -
