Robert Hill Carter 
Robert Hill was born in 1806. Robert Hill's father was Robert Hill Carter and his mother was Mary Eliza Coles. His paternal grandparents were Edward Carter and Sarah Champe; his maternal grandparents were John Coles and Rebecca Elizabeth Tucker. He had a brother and three sisters, named John Coles, Mary Eliza, Rebecca Isaaetta and Sarah Champe. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 78 in 1884.-
