Francis Otway Byrd 
Francis Otway was born on May 8th, 1756. Francis Otway's father was William Byrd and his mother was Elizabeth Hill Carter. His paternal grandparents were William Byrd and Maria Taylor; his maternal grandparents were John Carter and Elizabeth Hill. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Thomas Taylor, John Carter and Elizabeth Hill. He died at the age of 44 on September 2nd, 1800.-
