Alfred Askew

Alfred was born in 1821 in Hanover Co., VA.  Alfred's father was Robert Askew and his mother was Nancy Stanley. He had six brothers named John, Joseph, Alexander, Gamaliel, Silas and Sylvanus.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 73 in 1894.
