George Augustus Anderson 
George Augustus was born on May 27th, 1755. George Augustus' father was Robert Anderson and his mother was Elizabeth Clough. His paternal grandparents were Robert Anderson and Elizabeth Mary Overton; his maternal grandparents were Richard Clough and Anne Poindexter. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Richard, Robert, Matthew, Richard Clough, Samuel, Charles, Cecelia, Elizabeth, Mary, Ann and Judith Clough. He died at the age of 72 on March 10th, 1828 in Cumberland Co., Virginia.-
