Prince Aemon Targaryen

Aemon, known as "The Dragonknight", was born in 0140. "The Dragonknight"'s father was King Viserys Targaryen II and his mother was <Unknown>. His paternal grandfather is <Unknown> and his paternal grandmother was Rhaenyra Targaryen. He had a brother named "The Unworthy". He was the younger of the two children. He died due to murder / assassination, Killed in assassination attempt on life of his brother, King Aegon "The Unworthy", at the age of 44 in 0184.

General Notes
- Aemon Targaryen, "The Dragonknight", was the second son of Viserys II Targaryen and a prominent member of the Kingsguard, which he joined at the age of seventeen. He served under King Daeron "The Young Dragon", Baelor "The Blessed", his father Viserys II, and his own brother, Aegon IV "The Unworthy", as Lord Commander of the Kingsguard.
  
  Songs speak of Aemon's doomed love for his brother's Queen, his own sister, Queen Naerys. He supposedly cried when Naerys married their brother. It is rumored that Prince Aemon was the father of King Daeron II Targaryen.
  
  Prince Aemon has been referred to as the noblest knight who ever lived, and his skill with a sword is legendary throughout Westeros. He defended the honor of his sister, Queen Naerys, against the slanders of the 'evil' Ser Morgil. He also won a tournament, disguised as a mystery knight known only as the Knight of Tears, in which he named Naerys as Queen of Love and Beauty.
  
  Prince Aemon died defending his elder brother and King, Aegon "The Unworthy", during an assassination attempt by two brothers of House Toyne in retribution for Aegon's execution of their third brother. Prince Aemon bore the Valyrian steel sword Dark Sister, previously wielded by Aegon the Conqueror's sister-wife Visenya.
