Thomas Riggs

Thomas was born in 1842 in Craven Co. NC.¹ Thomas' father was John Richard Riggs and his mother was Sally Ann Wise. His paternal grandparents were John Riggs and Mary (Polly) Hardison Beasley. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Dorcas. He was the youngest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Henry, Joseph, Alfred and Cornelia.
