Salina Jane Riggs

Salina Jane was born in 1826 in Craven Co. NC. Salina Jane's father was Jesse Riggs and her mother was Mary (Polly) Hardison Beasley. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Beasley and Mary Hardison. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Soloman, Jesse, Sally Ann and Drucillia Ann. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named James Beasley, John Richard, Sarah, Sarah Beasley and Dorcas.
