Mildred E McCotter

Mildred E was born on August 30th, 1914 in North Carolina.¹ Mildred E's father was John L McCotter and her mother was Flora E Tingle. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin McCotter and Britann Saywer. She had six brothers and a sister, named Cecil Ray, Clifton Lawrence, Perry Etha, John Lawrence, Burnie R, Bennie and Sarah Wilma. She was the fifth oldest of the eight children.
