Male Benjamin Franklin McCotter

Benjamin Franklin was born on October 2nd, 1840 in Craven Co. NC.1   Benjamin Franklin's father was Barney and his mother was Susan A Fulsher.  His paternal grandparents were Archibald McCotter and Siddey Tingle. He had a brother and four sisters, named William Richard, Emeline, Matilda (Melinda), Louvenia Susan and Martha Ann.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 98 on June 25th, 1939 in Pamlico Co., NC.  He was buried in McCotter Cemetery in back of Methodist Church.1
