Cecil Ray McCotter

Cecil Ray was born on December 18th, 1907.¹ Cecil Ray's father was John L McCotter and his mother was Flora E Tingle. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin McCotter and Britann Saywer. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Clifton Lawrence, Perry Etha, John Lawrence, Burnie R, Bennie, Sarah Wilma and Mildred E. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at 6 months old on July 6th, 1908.¹
