Mary Cotton

Mary was born in 1563 in Combermere, Cheshire, , England. Mary's father was Sir Richard Cotton and her mother was Mary Mainwaring. Her paternal grandparents were Sir George Cotton Knight and Mary Onley; her maternal grandparents were Arthur Mainwaring and Margaret Mainwaring. She had three brothers and four sisters, named George, Arthur, Andrew, Frances, Elizabeth, Winifred and Dorothy. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 84 on April 27th, 1647 in Woore, Shropshire, , England.
