Mildred was born on January 11th, 1872.  Mildred's father was Henry(Harry) Alexander Findlay and her mother was Jane Watson.  Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Findlay and Sarah Knackston. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Percy, Leonard, Alma, Emily, Gertrude and Lavinia.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 87 on May 17th, 1959.

Mildred's first family with John Leslie

Mildred and John were married in 1904 in Carlton, Vic.  They had a son named John.


Mildred's second family with Oliver Wright Archbold

Mildred and Oliver were married on May 30th, 1925.
