Thomas Petty

Thomas was born in 1727 in Storiths, Hazlewood, Skipton, Yorkshire, England. Thomas' father was Joseph Petty and his mother was Ann Thompson. His paternal grandparents were Richard Petyt and Alice Lowcock. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, Richard, William, Margaret, Mary, Abigail, Elleanor, Hannah and Ann. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 34 on April 1st, 1761 in Bolton Abbey, Yorkshire, England.
