Margaret Cecilia was born on December 7th, 1923 in Gorham, Coös, New Hampshire.1   Margaret Cecilia's father was Samuel Herbert Milligan and her mother was Cecilia Agnes Milligan.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Milligan and Matilda Milligan; her maternal grandparents are Francis Armstrong and Susannah Armstrong. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Francis Samuel, Lawrence Donald, Robert Donald, Howard Armstrong, Donald Irwin, Maynard Melvin, Eva Elizabeth, Vera Marion, Dorothy Isabel, Ruth Elinor, Carol Agnes and Floris Ann.  She died at the age of 71 on June 26th, 1995 in East Hartland, Connecticut.1
