Francis Samuel Milligan

Francis Samuel was born on November 4th, 1908.¹ Francis Samuel's father was Samuel Herbert Milligan and his mother was Cecilia Agnes Milligan. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Milligan and Matilda Milligan; his maternal grandparents are Francis Armstrong and Susannah Armstrong. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Lawrence Donald, Robert Donald, Howard Armstrong, Donald Irwin, Maynard Melvin, Eva Elizabeth, Vera Marion, Dorothy Isabel, Ruth Elinor, Margaret Cecilia, Carol Agnes and Floris Ann. He died at the age of 70 on February 7th, 1979.¹
