William N. Milligan

William N.'s father was Robert Milligan and his mother was Elizabeth Milligan. His paternal grandparents were John C. Milligan and Margaret Milligan; his maternal grandfather is John MacDougall and his maternal grandmother was Ann MacDougall. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, Thomas, James Thomas, Samuel, Caleb, Ann, Elizabeth C., Jane, Rebecca and Helen. He had eight half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Nathaniel, John, Nathaniel, Douglas Caven, John Robert, Robert, David, Alexander, Mary and Margaret.
