William Lloyd Milligan

William Lloyd was born in 1901.¹ William Lloyd's father was Major Small Milligan and his mother was Ida Belle Milligan. His paternal grandparents were John Robert Milligan and Adelia Milligan. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Arthur W., John Robert, Bowman Alexander, Charles Bayfield, Ella May, Leila Reby and Jean A.. He died at the age of 61 in 1962.¹
