Arthur W. Milligan

Arthur W. was born in 1911.¹ Arthur W.'s father was Major Small Milligan and his mother was Ida Belle Milligan. His paternal grandparents were John Robert Milligan and Adelia Milligan. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Lloyd, John Robert, Bowman Alexander, Charles Bayfield, Ella May, Leila Reby and Jean A.. He died at the age of 51 in 1962.¹
