John Robert Milligan

John Robert was born in 1916.¹ John Robert's father was Major Small Milligan and his mother was Ida Belle Milligan. His paternal grandparents were John Robert Milligan and Adelia Milligan. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Lloyd, Arthur W., Bowman Alexander, Charles Bayfield, Ella May, Leila Reby and Jean A.. He died at the age of 28 in 1944.¹
