Romayne Milligan

Romayne was born in 1910. Romayne's father was John Caleb Milligan and his mother was Matilda Jane Milligan. His paternal grandparents were David Milligan and Marion Milligan. He had six brothers and three sisters, named David, Roy H., Edgar L., William, Claude, Clarence, Alice B., Ethel and Olive. He died at the age of 73 in 1983.
