John Caleb was born in 1865.1   John Caleb's father was David Milligan and his mother was Marion Milligan.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Milligan and Elizabeth Milligan. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Douglas, Soloman H., Daniel H. M., Priscilla, Elizabeth M., Isabella Mae, Rebecca, Lily Bernetta and Adah Bar.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 91 in 1956.1
