Ann's baptism took place on August 10th, 1738 in North Bradley.1  Ann's father was Alexander Chivers and her mother was Mary Palmer.  Her paternal grandparents were Oliver Chivers and Elizabeth; her maternal grandparents were John Palmer and <Unknown>. She had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Alexander, Richard, William, Thomas, Richard, Betty, Mary and Mary.
