Nguyễn Văn Năng (Thứ 10)

Năng (Thứ 10) was born in 1950 in Bế tre. Năng (Thứ 10)'s father was Nguyễn Hữu Tâm (Thứ 3) and his mother is Mai Thị Cúc (thứ 7). His paternal grandparents were Nguyễn Hữu Hành and Ngô Thị Thông; his maternal grandparents were Mai Văn Danh and Ngà Thị Ngà. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Lỉnh (Thứ 6), Bé(Thứ7), Ninh (Út), Hồng Cẫm (Thứ 2), Ðiệp (Thứ 3), Lài (Thứ 4), Sứ (Thứ 5), Ni (Thứ 9) and Nê (Thứ 8). He is the second youngest of the ten children.

General Notes
- As the father of a family of 4 girls and a boy Nang struggled very hard to survive and to support his family. He is very motivated, hard working and family oriented person. All of his children was successfully in life, specially Hanh, the oldest doughter has achieved an MS in education, and Huynh, graduated as Medical Doctor, specializing in heart deseases.

- Năng (Thứ 10) attended Trường sư phạm Vĩnh Long from 1971 on a professional or technical course in Sư Phạm, Giáo viên. He completed the program in 1973 and gained a certificate.

- From 1970 to 1972 Năng (Thứ 10)'s occupation was Giáo Viên trường tiểu học in Trước giải phóng.
  His occupation was Mechanic, Owner of engin repair shop for Self Employed/Business Owner, in Ba Vát.

    - In order to survive the post war hardship, he switched his career from teacher to echanist. By self learning he has established a new business from scratch as a boat enginr repair shop- He was very successful in new career . He now ritired and his only son took over the bnusiness
