Harriet Elizabeth Phillis

Harriet was born on September 10th, 1867 in Mt. Pleasant. S.A..¹ Harriet's father was John Phillis and her mother was Elizabeth Turner. Her maternal grandparents were John Browning Turner and Jane Atkins. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Percy, Francis, John, Jane, Susan, Ellen and Edith. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 84 on April 10th, 1952 in Port Pirie.
