Anna Mathews 
Anna was born about 1878. Anna's father was Benjamin Franklin Mathews and her mother was Mahala "Mahalie" Ann Whiteman. Her maternal grandparents were David Waldo Whiteman and Martha Jane Bryant. She had four brothers named Robert Lee, John David, Reuben Alexander and William Jesse. She was the youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named George Headly and Martha Ellen.General Notes
