William Theodore Chandler 
William Theodore was born in September 1865 in Webster County, Kentucky. William Theodore's father was James Madison Chandler and his mother was Margaret Jane Ramsey. His maternal grandparents were Alexander Ramsey and Bethany Phillips. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Alexander W., James Madison, Orlando S., Mary E., Sarah Jane, Margaret A., Laura Josephine and Queen L.. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.General Notes
