Laura Josephine Chandler 
Laura Josephine was born about 1867 in Webster County, Kentucky. Laura Josephine's father was James Madison Chandler and her mother was Margaret Jane Ramsey. Her maternal grandparents were Alexander Ramsey and Bethany Phillips. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Alexander W., James Madison, William Theodore, Orlando S., Mary E., Sarah Jane, Margaret A. and Queen L.. She was the third youngest of the nine children.General Notes
