Queen L. Chandler 
Queen L. was born in August 1870 in Webster County, Kentucky. Queen L.'s father was James Madison Chandler and her mother was Margaret Jane Ramsey. Her maternal grandparents were Alexander Ramsey and Bethany Phillips. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Alexander W., James Madison, William Theodore, Orlando S., Mary E., Sarah Jane, Margaret A. and Laura Josephine. She was the second youngest of the nine children.General Notes
