Philip, known as The Fair, was born in 1268 in Fontainbleu,Seine-et-Marne,France.  The Fair's father was Phillip (The Bold) *Capet III and his mother was Queen of France Isabel Aragon.  His paternal grandparents were Louis *Capet IX and Countess of Provence, Queen of France Marguerite Berenger; his maternal grandparents were King James (The Conqueror) Aragon I and Yolanda (Jolan) Hungary. He had three brothers and a sister, named Louis of France, Charles, Robert of France and Blanche of France.  He died at the age of 46 on November 29th, 1314 in Fontainbleu,Seine-et-Marne,France.


The Fair's family with Jeanne Navarre

‌The Fair and Jeanne were married in a religious ceremony on August 16th, 1284 in Paris,Seine,France.  They had a daughter named Isabella.
