Marie Irene was born on July 12th, 1816 in Pardubice, Kostenice, , Bohemia. Marie Irene's father was Josef Tepley and her mother was Maria Trumpf. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Tepley and Maria Olesinsky; her maternal grandparents are Erhardt Trumpf and Wilhelmina Schwanitz. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Philip, Thomas Werner, Friedhelm, Gertrud and Grete Maria. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 67 on June 10th, 1884 in , , , Bohemia.-
