Lancelot Threlkeld

Lancelot was born in 1450 in Threlkeld, Cumberland, England.¹ Lancelot's father was Lancelot Threlkeld and his mother was Margaret Bromflete. His paternal grandparents were Henry De Threlkeld and Margaret Thornburgh; his maternal grandparents were Henry Bromflete and Eleanor Fitzhugh. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Christopher, Lancelot, Christopher, Ann, Margaret, Margaret, Jane, Elizabeth and Jane. He was the oldest of the ten children. He had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Henry, Henrico Clifford, Richard, Robert, Thomas and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 62 in December 1512 in Yeaworth, England.¹
