Richard De Clifford

Richard was born in 1458 in Skipton, Yorkshire, England.¹ Richard's father was John Clifford and his mother was Margaret Bromflete. His maternal grandparents were Henry Bromflete and Eleanor Fitzhugh. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, Henry, Henrico Clifford, Robert, Thomas and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Lancelot, Christopher, Lancelot, Christopher, Ann, Margaret, Margaret, Jane, Elizabeth and Jane. He died at the age of 45 in 1503 in Netherlands.¹
